Who says you are not perfect?

Holy smokes! Half of the month of June is pretty much gone like that. Work has been stress as usual and I would say it is good training to increase my self-confidence. I would say I am thankful for friends like May Square, Sheryl and Jade who has always been encouraging me and helping me in whatever ways they could even at Reckless now.

Silly has been OT-ing over the past few days and I am glad he finally gets to have a breather on Saturday. We headed down to Chef Daniel's Kitchen for lunch and I would say the ambience, food and service were good. The bread and soup left a deep impression on me and I would say they make one of the best starters I have had so far. The mains were just slightly above average but the dessert mousse was WOW. It didn't look very impressive when it was first served but I felt as if I was in food paradise when I had my first mouthful.

Next up on our to-do list after lunch was to catch "The Hangover Part 2" at Film Garde. The Hangover was the second movie that Silly and me watched after we knew each other and it left an impression in both of us. However, Part 2 was not as good and I would say I got a little restless after the first half an hour of the show.

Today saw me spending my afternoon at Silly's relative house meeting some of his relatives and learning how to play mahjong. I am glad his relatives were so hospitable and Esther's dog is really cute. Headed home to rest and the thought of having wot work tomorrow is dreadful. Oh wells. Shall look forward to having all the meet ups this week :)
