Disappointing.
That's exactly how I felt. It took me a long time to finally understand that how I should let go of some people; those that are no longer worth your time to even drop a SMS to find out how they are. Probably Silly is right, we may treat some people with sincerity but people may not treat us in the same way. The reason why I feel upset is because I expected people to do the some. To my horror, some people just take you for granted and trample your concern like a rotten egg. It is saddening to see this happening and I tried to tell myself it is all right, probably she didn't mean it. However, as time goes by, I can't lie to myself.
Silly told me that people change. They meet new people, they became different and so do relationships and friendships. I agree; as I am changing too. Someone I know of today is probably so different from someone I knew 3-4 years ago. Just when I thought we were still good friends, the other party may not have even give a damn about you. I guess this incident have made me understand and appreciate sincerity more than ever.
Probably Silly is right, I should just let it go and not be stupid to be taken for granted anymore.
