As internship comes to end, it means school has started. The first week of school was a time of adaptation for me. Adapting to the culture of being a student again ain't easy. I found myself not understanding what the profs are saying (happens in every single class since year 1 without fail). I guess from the prof's point of view, my face is one that says "HEH? What are you talking about?". Oh wells. At this point of time, I really wished I was still working. But of course, being paid a proper pay instead of allowances. LOL. That sums up my first week in school - swimming in a sea of question marks.
Thursday night was meet up with the GB gang for dinner. Shocked to find out about some stuff but that also helped me learn more about relationships and different point of views. Friday night was meet up with Silly's friends. We headed to Taka for Kichi Kichi Hotpot. Thought it would be a bad experience again but it turns out the service and food seemed much better than the last time. I felt super bloated after polishing up my plate and we headed to The Coffee Club for dessert. Love the rum and raisin ice cream :)
Chilling time at Clarke Quay followed next and we hung out at the Muchos. The margarita was not as nice as that of Orgo but the probing of Adrian and his Taiwanese girlfriend's love story was indeed entertaining. Cabbed home with Silly at 1 am and now, it is back to tonnes of shit work again.
