Nothing beats watching fireworks with them.
My room is in a mess. All that notes and worksheets from the previous term is taking up space on my bookshelf and all those textbooks are collecting dust. Can't wait to sell them off and get money.
I finally finished reading the book that Gerald has lent me. Indeed, reading needs to be done at the right time and right mood so as to have a better feel of the plot and language. I can't believe that I actually got quite interested in reading that I headed to the library and borrown a couple of books to read. hahaha. Hm, there is something wrong with Cihui.
Met the BGS crazy gang yesterday and as expected, we did brainless stuff again. We slacked at Cathay sometime and I was practically out with three aliens. Gladys cut her fringe into bangs and sad to say, her bangs were not straight and that upsetted her. Jun Kit has been doing minimal work for his OCIP that everyone agreed was the cause of him putting on so much weight. Calvin FINALLY WAXED his hair because of all the setbacks he had when being mistook for a PRC during his CIP event. I was the only normal human being there.
We went to have dinner at Xin Wang Taiwan and ended up tlaking cock there for quite some time before heading to Esplanade area. Jun Kit went home to sleep as a result of serious lack of sleep from att the FTB camps. The rest of us found a cosy spot to sit at and watched a band perform all the MIcheal Jackson songs and they sounded really awesome. Just when we thought that the NDP people might save on fireworks during the preview, BOOM! it all happened right in front of us. Freaking awesome and beautiful view. I was awed for half a minute because it just happened right in front of us. However, some black stuff started falling on all of us and we suspect it was from the fireworks. That just goes to show how near we were from the spectacular scene.
Headed to Raffles City for float before heading home to chit chat with peeps. Seriously, nothing beats what I saw that night. I am a happy girl yesterday:)
