Desaru Biking Trip is freaking me out.

I went for the pre ride for the bikng trip last Saturday. It was horrible. Horrible because it was so physically challenging. We met at East Coast Park at about 9 am and cycled all the way from East Coast Park to Changi Village for lunch. There wasthis stretch of road along the airport runway that seems endless and I really felt like stopping at theat point. Once we passed that point, it seemed less tiring because there were more stuff around in the surroundings for you to see along the way other than just trees and grass. When I was nearing Changi Village, the wheel of my bike bumped into something and I fell off from my bike. Thanks to that fall, I have a MEGA bruise on my leg and my knee looks gross now. Oh wells. But cycling on the road was definitely a new experience. Although it felt scary with cars, lorries and motor bikes zooming past you have the time, it was definitely a thrilling experience riding on the road, looking out for traffic. At least at that point of time, I felt how precious life was. LOL.

We stopped at Changi Village hawker centre for lunch and I totally had no appetite but I was super thirsty. Sheri and myself drank two cups of sugarcane juice each and I felt so full after that. We headed back to East Coast after that. The return trip was more bearable and fun. I was trailing behind Daryl and I felt so much more energetic on the return trip perhaps because I was well hydrated. We took only one break at the roadside while waiting for Sheri, Junyi and Lawrence. Then we continued to cycle all the way back to Changi Village. It was a fun journey back and I was totally shagged by the time I reach the destination. Nonetheless, I felt a great sense of achievement after completing the route. I went back to school with Sheri yesterday morning for biking meeting. The accounts is in a mess! Oh wells, shall get it sorted out well later. We then headed down to town to shop for stuff and Kendrick droppped by for a while. He is a really nice guy who bought a nice handphone strap thing for Sheri and me. Now I feel guilty for always bullying him. hahaha. We then shopped around and we managed to get a few gifts for a people.

Today shall be a day off to stay at home to do stuff. Shall watch my dramas later. Desaru, I worry for myself. SERIOUSLY.
