WE GOT A GOLD!Yes!, Victoria Junior College Harmonica Band have gotten a GOLD for SYF central Judging! Yes, we did it! We gave it our best shot and we played the second piece REALLY WELL!. Everyone was really impressed by our second piece and some even thought that we would get Gold with Honours. Given that there was only one Gold with Honours and one Gold, we have really done well. Mr Tang, our conductor was also really happy about our performance. Oh the soloist player from our band was really good. I thought he played the Java Jive solo part really good. the atmosphere was there, body language was there and the techniques used were good. I was truly impressed. lol.

Actually i guess all the bands played really well. I think our conductor is really superb. All the schools that he conducted including the sec sch all got at least a GOLD. lol. The HCI conductor was conducting in a manner that he looked as if he would get a stroke. lol. Oh yes, I saw that HCI boy for the second time. Couldnt recognise him at first, found him really familiar. Then i realised that he was that person whom I saw at the association which the company my father is working in is involved in. but i think he cant recognise me. Lol. Oh man, i was so surprised that he was from the harmonica band. wah. But i guess the HCI-ians were very sad that they got a silver. there was this RJ student that even left her/his harmonica on the bus and wanted to borrow from us. wah. best sia.
I guess this has been a real good experience for me. went for section lunch after that. Went to Siglap Pizza Hut. Ate and talk cock there like no one's business. After which, Jinci, Yan Ru, Lim Kim, Simin shitian and me went down to marina square and joined section 1. went to the bowling alley. Then went to eat ice cream at macs. really had a fun time. This is seriously the first time that i went out with the other harmc people and it feels quite good. Shall look forward to the next section outing. haha. Oh man, i really want to watch the 200 punds beauty movie. Gosh, anyone free?haha. shit i think i should catch up with my tutorials. damn, i lag too much behind. oh wells, since syf is just over today, i shall give myself one day break and start tomorrow. lol. Oh, thanks to many who sent their well wishes through sms! Really thank you guys. Didnt let you guys down and we brought back the GOLD! I will never forget the moment. :):):)
