TIRED!
This holiday isnt a holiday. It will not even be a break for me. I went back for GB on monday. The girls are seriously terrible. Drill competition in one week's time and the girls are definitely not ready for it. They dont seem to feel the sense of urgency and I am seriously worried for them. The Poineer contingent looks good though. Of course, since they are trained by Sweedy. The senior contingent looks okay but they seem to be afraid of doing drill in front of a group of audience. Oh no, they must learn not to panic. I seriously dont want the same thing that happened to us to repeat itself again. No, no more bronze for anyone. They deserve much better awards for their standard and the efforts they have been putting in. However, drill practice for drill comp feels weird without the presence of Sharon. Some thing is just amiss. Some thing is just not right.
Tuesday was the start of hectic harmonica practice. 9-12. Not so bad yet since it was just concert practice. Went for lunch at J8 after that. I met Michelle and Clarissa for the Movie "Primeval" at PS in the evening. saw jinhua, Melinda and Sylvia at Carefour. Time really flies and all of them have seriously grown up now. I feel old. Lol. Luckily we got the last row in the cinema and we had such a good view and we didnt have to worry about embarrasing ourselves when we got frightened by the big, fat gross looking crocodile. The show was freaky yet nice. It was worth it. It didnt take too long the the show to get into the story and climax. Went home feeling super tired.
We had harmonica practice today from 9 to 4.30.Super long day. I have never kissed the harmonica for so long in one day in my entire life. Throughout the practice, Sheryl, junli and huihui were so comical till i couldnt stop laughing. Practice tomorrow again. Suddenly harmonica seems to be a hard core cca. hahaha
